Return & Exchanges
In general, the following items are not returnable: Holiday
Items/Sets, Hair Accessories, Dakin Lovies, Baby Earrings, Costumes, Diaper
Covers, ID Kits, Personalized Items, Customized Products,
Special Orders, and Feeding/Bathing Products. Special Occasion
items may be returned under certain conditions. All other products
may be returned and are met with a 100% unconditional guarantee
of the purchase price. See details below.
Refunds are made in
the form of original payment OR via company check--at the discretion
of BaptismBaby.com management.
Holiday items are not refundable.
Please check with customer service if you wish to make an exchange.
Often we can work with you on exchanges for holiday items.
RETURNS MUST BE
SENT USING A TRACEABLE/TRACKABLE METHOD OF SHIPPING.
We recommend using the USPS Postal Service with priority shipping
and delivery confirmation. UPS and Fed ex offer similar services. To
ensure full credit for your refund, please ship using a tracking #
and be sure to protect the item so it arrives in new condition.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless of course an error is made
by us. We will gladly work with you to make this a wonderful
shopping experience for you. We are honest and fair and want you to
come back so its important that we do our best to please you.

Cancellations Process
Most orders are processed
immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to
cancel it. Email us to find out the status of the order and we will
do our very best to accommodate your request.

International Orders
Any applicable customs, duties, fees or
taxes are the responsibility of the consignee in the destination
country or the bill-to customer on the order.
For the protection of credit card
holders as well as vendors, credit card issuers have increased
security requirements for Internet orders. Additional information
may be requested for processing International credit card orders,
and additional time may be required to ensure a safe transaction.
Gift Packaging
We will wrap your gift for
$2.50 per item additional. Please notify us when you checkout.
Include your message and we’ll add a gift card at no additional
charge. Don’t forget to add the recipient’s name, address and
telephone number.
Technical Difficulties/Glitches
Please notify us in you are having difficulty using the
site, get an error message, encounter a "glitch" or
broken link or just to tell us about a feature or function that
needs improving. Reporting any of these, may entitle you to a
discount on your next purchase.
Shipping
We ship "best
way" via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post or UPS.
Standard shipping time is between 4-10 days. Need it in a
hurry? Let us know and we can upgrade your shipping to
express for an additional charge. Just contact
